Do you offer only one-to-one lessons or group classes, too?
We offer only one-to-one lessons. We concentrate on individuals and tailor lessons to your particular needs. This way we can easily meet your and our time availability.
All our lessons are online. You can enjoy them from anywhere you like and feel comfortable.
I am a complete beginner. Are your lessons for me?
Yes! Through our interactive and fun methods we help you to learn new words, expressions and grammar, too. You can start practising straight after each lesson!
How can I book a trial lesson? Do I pay for it?
You can book your 30 minute trial lesson here. It is free with no strings attached. We look forward to meeting you!
How do you run your lessons?
You only need your phone/tablet/PC with a camera, good internet connection and we highly recommend using headphones. When you book your lesson we send you a link to zoom.us where we meet at the agreed time. After each lesson you find activities and vocabulary used in the lesson together with homework in a shared file. You can come back to it whenever you need and start practising your new knowledge straight away.
Which currency can I pay in?
If you purchase your package online you can pay by card in Euros. If you prefer to pay in Czech Crowns or Hungarian Forints you can do so via bank transfer. Please inform your tutor in advance if you wish to pay via bank transfer.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your lesson please to contact us by email (for Czech lessons: kk.letstalk@gmail.com; for English lessons: barbora.letstalk@gmail.com) no later than 24 hours prior your lesson. If you fail to do so we will charge the full amount. The same applies if you do not connect to zoom.us within 15 minutes from the start of the booked lesson.
If you cancel your class in time we can agree on an alternative date and time.
What time are your lessons?
At the moment we teach mainly in the morning and lunch time hours. We are both mums of small kids and our afternoons and evenings are already booked up by our premium clients, our kids :-)
However, there might be some exceptions. Therefore always check our current availability in the booking calendar.
Do your students get homework?
Usually yes! After each lesson we add it to a shared file together with the activities we did in our lesson. It is up to you, of course, whether or not you do your homework. We believe that to learn any foreign language effectively you should surround yourself by it everyday, at least for a bit. In this way you can improve and develop your knowledge faster. Homework doesn’t need to be boring, it can be fun and exciting. We have one little bonus for you which can help to motivate you. Once you see it you will be over the moon to do your homework and see your progress!
